1. Abbott Audio Recording Studio Cape Town will start charging studio rates at the time studio sessions are agreed upon to begin. Late arrival by clients will be at there expense.
  2. Abbott Audio Recording Studio Cape Town will quote international clients per production. Local Recording Studio rates do not apply to international clients from outside of the African continent.
  3. Discounted Recording Studio rates only apply to those who qualify for them e.g. students. If there are no discounted rates or special rates agreed upon prior to the beginning of the production, clients will be obliged to pay full Recording Studio rates.
  4. All clients are to pay a 50% deposit of the estimated cost for a production prior to the beginning of the production.
  5. Any cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the beginning of a production will result in the client being obliged to pay 50% of the productions worth to Abbott Audio Recording Studio as a cancellation fee.
  6. Clients are obliged to pay for productions in full before collection.
  7. Once a clients has accepted there production as being satisfactory in the Recording Studio, they will be charged the same hourly rate for any changes they might want to make in future.
  8. Abbott Audio Recording Studio Cape Town will make 1 back up of client’s works to DVD and keep it in there archives. If a client chooses to remove this backup from the Recording Studio, Abbott Audio is not responsible for any damages or loss of information.
  9. Jingles and sound tracks will be sold to clients at a negotiated rate. Hourly rates do not apply. Whether Abbott Audio Recording Studio Cape Town keeps a percentage of royalties due to these works will be decided upon prior to the beginning of the production.
  10. Recording of adverts, voiceovers, documentaries etc. will be charged at standard hourly rates and any costs relating to these productions e.g. session musicians, will be at the expense of the client. If Abbott Audio Recording Studio Cape Town is required to compose the creative content of these productions the same rules that apply to jingles and sound tracks applies.
  11. All purchases from this site are none refundable.
  12. Clients will be allowed to download items once per purchase.
